How to send your sneakers

1. Create a Mailing Label

• To begin your service, use your carrier of choice to create and print a prepaid label.
• Carriers:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
• Select your delivery of shoes to the designated + approved Shoe Doctor Location

Prepare your package

• Package only shoes approved for Shoe doctor Services, and include packing slip and pre-paid return label
• Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
• When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest carrier

What locations can I mail my shoes to?

What Sneakers can be cleaned?

• Shoe doctor cleans most sneakers including Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Yeezy, etc.
• Shoe Doctor also clean foreign shoes including Gucci, XL, Balenciaga, Dior, Alexander McQueen, and other premium leather and sneaker material shoes, etc.

What Sneakers can't be cleaned?

• Shoes that can't be cleaned are typically on a case by case basis, however, based on our expertise the following shoes may rejected due to service quality risk
• Shoes with heavy dye (red, orange)
• Shoes made of canvas
• Shoes made of linen

What if my sneakers aren't approved

If shoes are not approved, Shoe Doctor will be happy to evaluate another pair for service.

How long does it take?

After receiving shoes Shoe Doctor’s turnaround is typically 10 business days, to be packaged for shipping. Overall estimated turnaround is anticipated to be ~15 business days. This turnaround is subject to change based on demand, and will be communicated. If shoes are not approved, Shoe Doctor will be happy to evaluate another pair for service.

Can shoe doctor get blood out of shoes?

Absolutely, we remove blood stains as well.

What if I need my shoes cleaned ASAP for a special occasion?

• We offer same day service for an additional $15 per pair.
• SAME DAY SERVICE IS ONLY OFFERED AT OUR FLAGSHIP LOCATION (that also includes next day & 2 day express)

Can you make my Red Bottoms red again?

Can you replace a heel?

No, we do not repair heels or offer shoe shines.

Do you ice gum bottom soles?

No, only rubber bottoms if they’re turning yellow (oxidation).
