1. What types of shoes do you clean?

 


We clean all types—gym shoes, designer sneakers, boots, and specialty footwear. Whether it’s suede, leather, or mesh, we’ve got you covered.

 

 

 

2. How much does a deep clean cost?

 

 

  • Gym Shoes: $45

  • Designer Shoes: $65

  • Boots: $55

  • 5 Pair Special: $180

  • Additional yellowing removal: $20–$75 depending on condition

 

 

 

 

3. How long does it take to clean my shoes?

 


Our standard turnaround is 3–5 business days.

Need them faster? Ask about express options!

 

 

 

4. Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

 


Yes. Same-day and expedited services are available for an additional fee depending on your location and shoe condition.

 

 

 

5. Can I drop off multiple pairs at once?

 


Absolutely! Our 5-pair special is perfect for that—just $180 for 5 deep cleans.

 

 

 

6. Do I need to pay up front?

 


Yes. All orders must be paid in full at the time of drop-off to begin service.

 

 

 

7. What happens if I forget to pick up my shoes?

 


Any shoes left unclaimed after 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated.
