Shipping Instructions
1. Fill out the order form and complete payment before shipping your shoes.
2. Remove all personal items from your shoes before packaging.
3. Securely package your shoes in a box or shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.
4. Include the following information inside the package:
• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Order Number
• Return Address
5. Include a prepaid return shipping label inside the package for easy shipment back to you.
6. If a return shipping label is not included, return shipping costs will be billed separately before your shoes are shipped back.
7. Please allow 3–5 business days after your package is delivered for cleaning completion. Designer shoes, repairs, and heavily damaged pairs may require additional processing time.
8. Shoe Doctor is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers before arrival.
